I have been teaching for the last 10 years, all over northern Colorado. I have taught Science, math and STEM. I have a masters degree in Scientific education.

I live in the mountain near Red Feather lakes with my family including my high school aged son, husband, sister and many many pets.

I love all things education! I have discovered my love of math with the inspiration Jo Boaler.

I have taught all grades except elementary, but I have found my home with middle school students!

This year I will be teaching 3 levels of math. We use the CPM text. I love this text do it the real world connection, and a deeper mathematical understanding through math discussions and open ideas.

My goal is to help students discover the love and power of mathematics, as well as the power of perseverance.
