I have been an educator for 21 years, teaching various levels of elementary and middle school students in Idaho, California, Japan and Colorado. While living in Wisconsin, I had the opportunity to work as a coaching coordinator, parent involvement presenter, and adjunct professor. I really enjoy living in Colorado and love working as the Literacy Teacher, especially when I see those “light bulb” moments as kids learn new reading strategies. When not at school, I love playing games, watching movies and going on hikes with my husband and two kids. We especially love traveling throughout the United States and abroad.
