Welcome to Physical Education

I moved to Colorado almost 4 years ago with my twin daughters and two dogs (who are now in doggie heaven). My favorite activities are

running, hiking, soccer, camping, skiing, watching movies and having picnics with my daughters. I started teaching Physical Education in

California in 2000. I recently remarried and my new last name is Mrs. Adams.

My mission is to provide a solid foundation for children to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes they need to

enable them to engage with poise and confidence across a wide variety of activities for a life time.

Individuals who are physically literate move with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in

multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole person!

Classes

In order to keep all students safe and ensure success comfortable clothing and sneakers/tennis

shoes are necessary during Physical Education activities. Students may leave a pair of sneakers at school if it helps with schedules.
