I graduated from U.N.C. with a BA degree in Education in 1986 and a masters degree in Teaching Gifted and Talented in 1995. I started my teaching career in Fort Morgan, CO, teaching 3rd grade for 3 years. In 1990, I was fortunate enough to join Windsor Re-4 School District, teaching 5th grade for the next 15 years at Mountain View Elementary. In 2005, I joined forces at Windsor Middle School teaching 6th grade and am still part of that awesome team. My passion for travel lends itself well to teaching social studies with a focus on the Western Hemisphere. |
