Hello Students and Parents, 

I am looking forward to working with you all this year and would like to share a little information about myself.

I am a third year teacher here at Windsor Middle School with a Master's degree in Special Education.  I am relatively new to education due to my service time in the United States Army which provided me with leadership training and life experiences around the world.  

My philosophy in teaching is "Learning through Guidance" which is why I chose the symbol of the compass rose; as I hope to guide students in the right direction for your individual lives.

I have been married for 12 years to another former service member, Jake White-Diemand who flies the helicopter for the UCHealth-Medical Center of the Rockies.  We have two dogs, Oscar and Chase and a daughter named Isana.

In Math intervention we will be reviewing the lessons from Mrs. Lind's class through class discussion and journaling, which has been shown to help increase a student's memory and learning.  We will also spend our time skill building through practice and progress monitoring.
