Hello! I want to extend to you and your child my warmest welcome into our classroom! My name is Simone Musilek and I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year. Kindergarten is a time of new beginnings, making friends, and learning lots of new things each and every day. Our days and weeks will be filled with many wonderful experiences and opportunities for learning and growing.
This will be my fourth year teaching, and I am very excited to be working with your child in kindergarten! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Human Development and Family Studies. I also obtained my teaching license and my Master‘s of Art in Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado. I have experience working with pre-k students, all the way through to 2nd grade. I love working with students in the primary grades. They bring so much excitement and joy to the classroom, making learning even more fun.
I enjoy spending time with family, friends, exercising, traveling, 4 wheeling, rock racing, and playing in the water. I was born and raised in California; I am a Southern California girl. I moved to Loveland in 2004. I am a huge family person. I am half Italian, so our holidays and Sunday dinners are always loud, filled with laughter, and lots of food.
I believe that a good parent-teacher relationship is necessary for maximum school success. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns at any time.
