Hi! My name is Mandi Sather. I was raised in Loveland with my mom, dad, older brother, and younger sister. After graduating high school I moved to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, but soon realized my heart was to work in a public school setting. This past year I attended University of Northern Colorado where I received my Master of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. I currently reside in Fort Collins with my sister, Kaylen, and cat, Oliver.
I have a niece and nephew, Paisley and Ari, that I am absolutely in love with. I love to spend my free time visiting them in Parker, CO. I also love to workout, bake, and watch the Broncos!
My vision for my classroom this year is to develop learners contributing to our community. Students will take ownership of their learning and gain skills necessary for them to become successful. I believe students learn best in a hands-on environment and working in a Project Based Learning community will foster student learning.
I am excited for my first year in teaching and to be with the wonderful community at Mountain View!
